Reporting to the Supervisor, Member Support the Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service and acts as the primary touch point and an advocate for the customer in a fast-paced contact center environment ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as customer retention and growth.
In this inbound call center role the Customer Service Representative handles customer requests with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism through multiple channels including phone, email and web chat. Collaboration with multiple departments and organizational vertical market teams to achieve company goals and resolve customer inquiries is required. Ongoing education and learning is necessary to provide required support levels for industry initiatives and for the application of GS1 Standards.
