Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED; higher degrees are a plus, but not required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Six months or more of customer service or sales experience
· Your own MS Windows based home desktop or laptop computer (Macs are not compatible with our software)
· Reliable internet connection
· A dedicated telephone (landline or cell phone) is required during employmentto ensure that you can be contacted throughout training and employment as needed
· A quiet place at home to work without background noise
· 18 years of age or older
· Willingness to undergo a background check and depending on location and client program a drug test, as a condition of employment.
