Customer Care Agents
Some responsibilities include:
Seeking multi-skilled Customer Account Specialists in support of a large and growing employer in the Tulsa area.
* Must have a minimum of two years of recent and stable Call Service Call Center experience
* Previous work at home experience is strongly preferred
* Proficient Data Entry Skills and working knowledge of various computer programs
* Ability to Multi-Task
* Customer Retention
* Excellent Problem Solving Skills
* Strong Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
Will be responsible for providing your own technology including Desk Top Computer, High Speed Internet and Phone headset.
Must be available to train for 4-6 weeks, in the downtown Tulsa area
Monday-Friday; Daytime Hours (Full-time between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM)- Part-time and Full-time Hours Available!
Post offer Background Check and Verifiable High School Diploma or Equivalent will be required.
