Bookkeeper – QuickBooks / Administrative Assistant for Comfort Keepers in Ventura County, CA

Some responsibilities include:

Bookkeeping
Reconcile of bank accounts and credit cards, using QuickBooks
Accounts Receivable and Payable, using QuickBooks
Generate and send invoices and statements to clients on a regular basis

Responsible for payroll

Provides financial reports to manager and to outside CPA firm.

Collections – very minimal

Bill insurance

Administrative
Assist with projects, and support from an administrative standpoint, for the following departments: Finance, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing, and Operations
Design procedures to help the office run more efficiently
Purchase products and supplies
Organize special events.

Human Resources
Perform initial screen of job applicants, and make initial decisions on employability.
