B2B Call Agent for inSegment in Boston, MA
Some responsibilities include:
Make outbound B2B calls to business professionals in various industries with the intent to offer them complimentary reading material that they will find beneficial.
Conduct 150+ daily calls per our provided platform
Maintain accurate and detailed records after calls are completed
At least 6 months’ experience performing B2B calls required.
Strong English communication skills, with zero to minimal accent.
Able to remain charming and professional when speaking with a potential customer on the phone.
Able to work from home. You must have your own computer and headset.
