    Account Managers Needed

    Some responsibilities include:

    POSITION TITLE: Client – Account Manager
    POSITION TYPE: Part-time or Full-time
    COMPENSATION: Beginning tier is $11-15/hr

    BUSINESS UNIT: Marketing; Investments
    LOCATION: Colorado or Utah – This is a work from home position

    SUMMARY: The company is a Marketing and Investments firm. A growth hacker by nature, the founder is looking to add new talent to our team.

    This person must be a driven, experienced, and detail oriented Client Account Manager. This person will be set to manage day-to-day marketing projects and growth activities for our investments and clients. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing products in eCommerce and/or a service environment. This is an awesome opportunity to see exponential business growth through marketing!

    This is client facing position
    This person is the “owner”, expert and representative on the client’s success and interests
    This person will find the client’s inefficiencies in marketing, eliminate them, aggressively
    This person will find the client’s strengths in product, marketing, content, and focus on them, aggressively.
    Plan, schedule, and coordinate the preparation and execution for multiple major projects.
    Apply thorough knowledge of current principles and practices of marketing, eCommerce, PR and create plans based on new and emerging techniques.
    Collaborate with the client’s existing departments, which may include Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to execute the best options.
    Work with external vendors on preparing products for campaign marketing.
    Participate in high-level management meetings to provide schedule updates and summaries of top performance issues.
    Apply knowledge and expertise acquired through progressive experience to resolve crucial issues and/or unique conditions.
    Serve as the specialist for the client in the application of advanced marketing & campaign concepts, principles, and methods in an assigned area.
    Review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
    Review operational procedures to ensure compliance with applicable policies and performance measures.
    Work with team on goal setting and measurement as well as coaching and career development.

    Office Equipment Required: Internet, Computer, Phone, Headset
    3+ years of experience (Marketing or Projects Management).
    Minimum 3-5 years proven track record of managing Marketing or Advertising projects.
    Possess advanced oral and written communication skills.
    Routinely interacts with clients, customers, vendors, contractors, and others.
    May lead project meetings and makes presentations.
    Extensive email and office, Google docs experience
    Experienced in analysis, including, but not limited to, advertising statistical performance reviews
    Experience with design department and contractor collaboration.
    Experience with programming department and contractor collaboration.
    Experience with eCommerce
    Additional knowledge that is beneficial, but not required: Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Shopify, Blogger/Influencer MGMT, etc.

    Flexible Schedule
    Competitive compensation based on experience. Starting pay is between $11-15/hr. Once talent and efficiency is proven for at least 60 days and based upon number of accounts, pay can increase dramatically.
