Work from Home Scam Warning by NH Attorney General Kelly Ayotte

NH Attorney General Kelly Ayotte is sending out a warning about scams. The scams mostly are mystery shopping, where consumers are given a check to deposit and then later transfer part of the funds from that check to a bank account in Canada. Later the consumer finds out that check they were given was in fact fraudulent and that they end up having transferred their own money to scammers, not money from a real check. Source
