Work at Home Scam Has Links in San Marcos, TX

The San Marcos Daily Record reports that some recent work at home scams have links to San Marcos, Texas.
The a company with a San Marcos, Texas address scammed people by telling them they could make money at home processing rebates.
One man from Austin, Texas was scammed out of $197.00. He said instead of proccesing rebates, he was only told how to sell things.(Source)
Another day, another scam. Hopefully people are continuing to get wind of these scams so they can know what to look for in a work at home scam, and avoid those scams!
But as always, on the bright side, there are some legit work at home jobs out there. There are many on this website in the work at home jobs section!
