All Africa has an article that states work at home is becoming more popular in South Africa. Some companies where losing some of their employees because of their [the employee's] desire to work from home. So the companies have started opening offices closer to employees' homes. They are also setting it up where some of their employees can work from home.(Source)

I think it's great how the companies found a way where they could keep their employees and at the same time make it where their employees can save the cost it takes to get to and from work. Good deal for everyone!
