Hotel Interactive reports that Hilton Hotels is encouraging employees to work at home in order for Hilton to reduce expenses.

Hilton reservation agents work from home and because of that, employee productivity is up and sales have increased.

The program is for 18-months but Russ Olivier, SVP of Reservations and Customer Care with Hilton Hotels Corporation, is looking to expand it. (Source)
