Business Week reports on how some people make telecommuting work. They report that teleworking/telecommuting can lower overhead and raise productivity. It can also make employees happier.(Source)

Pretty nice article. Kathy Durfee, the owner of the company TechHouse, seems to have gotten into letting her employees telecommute by accident. With one of her star employees needing to do work from home when he wasn't well enough to go to the office. Now telework is going well for some of her other employees as well. I'm glad it all worked out.
