I think work from home can be a major PRO as long as your employees are actually working! And I think that's where some people think the CON comes in; Some employees probably aren't disciplined enough to work at home and not be looked over and managed.

So, I think if an employer can find reliable employees to work from home, then it's a pro. Having employees work from home usually saves both the business and employee business costs and time. Plus, employees seem to enjoy working more when it's in an environment they are more comfortable in. And while some people prefer the office, many people prefer to work at home.
