Some responsibilities include:
Seeking sales professionals with a minimum of 2 years sales experience working within a consultative sales environment, and have an understanding of the sales cycle able to meet or exceed sales goals. Ideal candidate will have previous financial services or consumer lending experience.

. Achieves assigned sales goals while cross selling and referring additional products and
services through solution based selling.
. Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to educate customers
about bank products and services as solutions to meet customers’ immediate and/or future
needs.
. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer products/services and recommend
appropriate solutions using our value proposition.
. Utilize approved Marketing tools (Outbound dialing list, OneView) to reach out to customers
and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
. Establish close working relationships with internal Partners (Equity Specialist, Mortgage,
