Scams Still Going In Bad Economy

The LA Times has a report about how scam artists are still going after people even in this bad economy.

Some of the offers scammers are using are:
1. Offering to repair people's credit
2. Rescue them from foreclosure
3. Offering to settle their debt quickly, and the solution they [the scammers] will most likely come up with is bankruptcy.(Source)

I've been hearing a lot about scammers going after people really in dire straits. Hopefully articles like these, and all of the government scam warnings/alerts, will cause people to be more cautious.
