Abrams says working at home can be great, but that it also presents some challenges. She says for a more professional work at home environment, ask yourself some questions such as:
How do you meet you customers? If you meet them at your home, does your home and work space have a clean, professional look?
What should you do about phone, faxes, etc?
What tax deductions should you take out?
