How Much Do You Really Work at Home?

A report by ABC News 7 Chicago asks: How much does a person really work when they do work at home?

ABC reports on a survey by CareerBuilder that says 25% of the 2,450 people surveyed admitted that they spent less than one hour on their office work when working from home, while 53% said they spent less than three hours and only 14% said they put in a full 8 hours.(Source)

January 2009 Update: I work anywhere from about an hour a day to more than 4 hours a day. It all depends on what I have to do. Sometimes, when all of my work is caught up, I don't have to work at all. But then I have limited money coming in, so I must work as much as possible.

I would like to someday have very successful ventures where I can work only a little and only when I want, but still have a nice and steady income flowing in, from multiple sources (residual income!) I'm working toward that now. So I'll get there someday soon! LOL!
