Technical Support Representative for Utilant LLC in Buffalo, NY
Some responsibilities include:
Utilant is dedicated to providing innovative, software applications to the insurance industry for both residential and commercial uses. One of our applications captures inspection data and distributes it to the parties that make underwriting decisions; the other is a sketching software for real estate appraisers and insurance inspectors.
We continue to expand the software capabilities, customize the application(s) for our global customer base and provide support services on an on-going basis.
Located in the newly renovated Foundry Building on Elmwood Avenue, we offer a great casual working environment in a tech-type atmosphere. Successful candidates will be fast learners, detail oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates have the following experience:
2+ yrs exp. in a technical support/customer service role
Hands on experience with troubleshooting and technical problem solving
Tech savvy (cellular, internet, multiple computing platforms)
Experience with remote assistance software/technology as an instructor/guide desired
Only candidates with excellent customer service attitude and follow-up need apply
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive
Ideal candidates should possess previous technical support experience. Degree in related major with at least 1year experience.
