Domain Expert / Payment Facilitator Channel for US Bank

It is imperative the ideal candidate be highly charismatic, influential, courageous, and an innate leader that is inspired and driven by results. This candidate will be front and center of a newly created Channel within the organization and will need to be highly adaptable to change. This individual will be the strategic face to our customers and work hand-in-hand with our Business Development and Customer Management channels to help identify opportunities to grow the business. Additional responsibilities are as follows:
· Performs strategic, creative and out-of-the-box approaches to solution design;
· Recommends target operating model for clients
· Displays tenacious mentality and confident decision-making skills;
· Consults with clients through data analysis and industry education
· Working knowledge of ROI and P&L calculations
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
– Eight to ten years of experience in the Payments industryPreferred Skills/Experience
– Advanced knowledge in the Payment Facilitator model
– Strong negotiation skills, driving to desired results
– Working knowledge of ROI and P&L calculations
– Demonstrated ability to be influential– Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
– Demonstrated management and leadership skills
– Strong organizational and analytical skills
– Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
– Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsTravel
Up to 50% may be required to visit clients
