If you lack previous support experience, we offer on-the-job training and continuing education to advance your skills. Scheduling flexibility, monthly reviews, PTO at 90 days, a casual, team-based, and the ability to Work from home (an approved list of states is on our website) are just a few of the things that make teleNetwork unique.
Our L1 technicians start at $10/hour base pay and receive PTO after 90 days. They also have the opportunity to select a competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k, etc.) and can earn commission by advertising applicable products or services. Our agents are currently averaging $15/hr-$25/hr, with their base pay plus commission. Many of our technicians had little to no previous technical support work experience before coming to teleNetwork and have gone on to grow within our company! No certifications or degrees are required!
Day-To-Day Duties Include:
Provide computer support for hardware and software by telephone, e-mail, chat and remote utilities for resolution of customer issues to ensure quality support and professional standards on each contact.
Manage time effectively in order to obtain performance criteria objectives and create a satisfactory and efficient customer experience.
Analyze software and system configurations to identify customer-reported issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of customer information to track customer history and report recurring problems appropriately.
Perform and complete related tasks and projects, as assigned.
