Customer Service Representative for Your Mechanic

Position:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver best-in-class support to our customers, and fleet partners, through phone, email, and chat/text. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast pace environment and committed to creating a top-notch experience for our customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
– Provide high quality service and support to both customers and partners via phone, email, and chat/text
– Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners
– Act as internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations

Requirements:
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
– Availability between 6 am — 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. This is a full time position (40 hr per week)
– Passion for the automotive industry a plus
– Experience providing phone support. Email and chat support a plus, but not required
– Positive attitude and passion for success
– Exceptional time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
– A smile in your voice and the natural ability to turn a frown, upside down
– The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
– Positive attitude and passion for success
– Able to type 50+ WPM
– College degree or equivalent work experience
