Customer Service Representative: This is a legitimate direct hire opportunity to work from home, and be an employee of StatesideBPO. We offer paid training, set schedules and benefits (for full-time employees). We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available and are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Work-at-Home opportunity, who are energetic, quick paced, well spoken, and self-motivated team players with a “can-do” approach to provide support to our customers through our virtual call center environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and computer skills.
Demonstrating the ability to represent the client’s brand and the company in a positive manner and provide great customer experiences.
Utilizing technology, such as voice/chat/email, to create and retain consumer data and records.
Tracking the status of orders, data entry and contacting customers on resolution of problems.
Ensuring accuracy and consumer satisfaction by having a great attention to detail.
Own a personal computer and have home high-speed internet accessHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be fluent speaking and writing in English.
Working knowledge of computer technology that includes but is not limited to, Microsoft .Office, World Wide Web, and the ability to learn new programs.
Must have demonstrated soft skills such as: empathy, communication, motivation, etc.
Must have the ability to provide quality customer service via email, chat, and phone. * ; Must have proper grammar skills to include spelling and sentence structure.
Must be able to work from home in a quiet office setting with no interruptions. * ; Must be able to provide a computer that meets or exceeds our technical requirements.
Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
