Some responsibilities include:

We are seeking Customer Service Professionals to join our team as independent contractors! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This is a work from home position open to residents of ANY state Except California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin. Residents of these states may not apply for current opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issue

Technical troubleshooting skills for Internet Explorer and Windows

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
