Our company is now hiring commission based debt collectors who want to work from the comfort of their own home. We’re only looking for prompt, disciplined, reliable, honest, money hungry, self motivated individuals with 3rd party collection experience. Must have experience utilizing “Collection Max” and a soft phone! Also must know the rules and regulations of the F.D.C.P.A. We have 2 open positions and will be hiring those who qualify. You will need a very reliable laptop and high speed internet; working on WiFi is prohibited and you will need a USB headset with noise cancellation. Preferably Logitech- H390 USB Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone which can be found at Best Buy or Walmart. Ranges between $25-$30.
Work environment must be noise free.
As stated above, this is a commission based position. No exceptions!!! With it being commission based, that means No Goal!!! The only goal that matters is the goal you set for yourself Per Day, Per Week, Per Month!!! You get 30% percent of whatever you collect. In order to be Paid!!! The money has to Post!!! No Exceptions!!! Paid Weekly!!! So whatever posts within that week, you are going to get 30% of the following week.
The work shift will be Monday 10 a.m-3 p.m, Tuesday 5 p.m-9 p.m, Wednesday 10 a.m-3 p.m, Thursday 5 p.m- 9 p.m and Friday 10 a. m-3 p.m. Off on weekends. Incentives will be done at the end of each month for the top performers!!!
