Care Coordinator- Part-Time – Work From Home
Companions and Homemakers, a leader in the Home Care industry in CT, is seeking candidates to fill the position of Part-Time Care Coordinator. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to delivering superior customer service, the ability to multi-task, and an abundance of common sense. The selected candidate will work remotely from their residence during the period when our Branch Offices are closed.
Work hours :
Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Responsibilities: Schedule Caregivers to cover open shifts with our clients
Overview of Required Skills/Traits: Compassion for the elderly, ability to multi-task, basic computer skills, straight forward communication skills, common sense, polite phone manner and a dedication to the company mission. Remote work experience is a plus.
– Utilize a “common sense” approach with client situations, giving paramount importance to the needs of the client.
– Schedule the best possible caregiver to promote a long-term relationship between the caregiver and the client.
– Fill last minute call outs, and short-notice new cases.
– Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided, and overall philosophy of the company.
