The Washington Post has an article debating telework.
The debate is between Total Believer, who is pro-telework and Skepticus, who is skeptical about telework.(Source)

I am definitely pro-telework. I just love the flexibility of working at home. I work at home full time, but I can even see why people who work at home only part-time would love it more than being at an office full-time.

Telework has it's pros and cons, but for me the pros win hands down!
