The Wall Street Journal reports that work at home in the customer service area is leaping forward.
The report says that more access to broadband technology, more affordable computer technology and better call center routing technology has enabled more people to be able to work at home as customer service agents.(Source)
January 2009 Update: As I wrote in another article, customer service and other types of phone work seem to be the most popular type of work at home jobs. So it's nice to see things worked out well with the companies hiring work at home customer service agents. Great news!
