VoIP News reports that a company called Inclarity is enabling call center staff members to work from home.
One reason is because it is often difficult to retain staff. Another reason is that it helps companies save money because they can save on office space and the cost of running an office with lots of staff.
The article also reports that many companies now have almost half of their staff working at home.
For staff working at home can be a big advantage because they save money on gas and get paid more money for their time. As well as being able to be there for their families more.(Source)
