Call Center Homeshoring Bringing Jobs Back to America

Inside CRM has a feature about call center jobs being brought back to the United States. The article mentions that it's better for companies to have homeshoring call centers because offshore agents tend to not connect well with American customers calling for help or customer service. With off shoring agents there is lack of expertise, and there is also cultural differences and poor communication skills.

Plus homeshore American workers can provide their own working equipment such as their own computers and phones, etc. And that helps companies save in costs. It also helps the workers save money and time by working at home. It's a win/win situation!
