News Factor reports on a call center technology called "Agent at Home."
Agent at Home routes calls to agents and has the technological infrastructure to handle all of the calls.

The system helps route calls better to offshore or nearshore facilities. It also helps when work at home agents use it while receiving overflow calls from other call centers.(Source)

Well, Agent at Home really seems like a great system. I'm hoping this well perhaps get more companies to use it and hire more work at home agents to handle overflow calls. Or perhaps even hire more work at home call center agents overall.
