Avoiding Scams

The #1 thing people who want to work at home have to deal with is scams! So we've got a couple of links here with information on how to avoid them!
Rule #1: Never Pay For A Job! I'm not talking about "business opportunities, I'm talking about actual jobs where you are an Independent Contractor or Employee. You shouldn't have to pay for background checks, applications fees or any of that.
Some companies like Cyber Secretaries transcribing might have you buy a foot/wav pedal to work with their company. And companies like Cypher might require you to buy their software, but that's 3 months after you've worked for them and had much opportunity to earn lots of money. Also, if you quit before the 3 months are up you owe nothing. Also, the main scams to be wary of is when "companies" require you send them money upfront.
