Work at Home Bonus

Some people like to work from home despite the lack of bonuses and raises reports Stuff New Zealand.
The report states that since some companies can't give bonuses or raises, due to the bad economy, that the companies are letting some of their employees work from home as a sort of bonus.
Well, I guess some people would consider that a fair trade off, while others wouldn't. I think it depends how much some people need extra money. And would also depend on how some people feel about working at home versus working at an office, etc.
I think I'd opt for working at home. In my opinion, a lot of times freedom trumps money!
