Work from Home Deal with Your Employer

The Washington Post reports on how to negotiate with your boss to be allowed to telecommute.

The article states that all too often mothers with small children have to return to work and it can be very difficult to work away from the home full time and balance family life.

So, the article gives some great tips, and has some great stories about how to secure an agreement with your employer to work from home.

I think now more than ever, it can be fairly easy for quite a few people to be able to convince their employer to allow them to work from home. In fact, I have some stories in the VWAH articles section about it.

Many employers know that is saves the company money and boosts employee morale, and if it's at all possible, employers are more than happy to allow their employees to work from home; even if it's just a day or two per week.
