Support.com and inContact Make Work at Home Software Deal

TMCNet reports that inContact and SupportSoft (Support.com) has reached a deal in which inContact will provide on-demand contact center software to SupportSoft. The contact center software is a solution that helps keep over 200 at-home solution centers running.

TMCNet says that SupportSoft decided on the contact center software as a way to replace outsource contact center with a work from home agent model.

That's wonderful! I think this will be another huge step in allowing many more people to work from home.
