Home Shoring Call Center Trends

CIO Today reports on home-shoring, asking will it be the new trend for call centers.

February 2009 update: I've been reading a lot about home-shoring for call centers lately. I do think it's a good thing that more jobs continue to come back home, so people in the USA can have a better chance at employment.

It's really needed these days with so many people being laid off. At least with some jobs coming back, it'll give some people a chance to find work.

And plus, it's always good for work at home agents when companies use home-shoring and hire agents to take calls from home.
