From Executive Office to Home Office

Bettina Byrd-Giles reports for the Examiner about giving up going to the office after 18 years to work from home - which she prefers to call telecommuting.

Byrd-Giles says there are pros and cons to telecommuting, but she seems to focus on the pros and why and how she began telecommuting.

It's great to see Byrd-Giles go for it and decide to work at home after 18 years. Taking that chance seems to have paid off and is working out well. Great for her!
