Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that contract load activities are completed accurately and timely.
Work in conjunction with the Central markets to resolve issues as they arise.
Research and resolve provider related contract system configuration issues.
Track, triage and correct contract setup issues in conjunction with the Central market staff.
Team with markets to ensure accurate contract loading and handle contract load issues in the health plan.
Complete back-end audits on key providers.
Communicate key provider issues.
Identify and formulate recommendations to system issues, determine and implement resolution.
Conduct various analyses for markets.
Conduct reporting functions, such as data pulls from various sources, and use MS Office tools to manipulate and filter data to market specifications.
Special projects as assigned.
